Costume and Hair Concept Art of Queen Amidala in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. Art done by Ian Mc Caig.
After seeing the 3D version of Episode I last night, I was reminded of my love of Queen Amidala’s wardrobe. After finding these pictures last night, I learned about the various inspirations of her outfits. From the Mongolian inspired Senate dress to the Art Nouveau inspired Victory Parade dress. I just find these simply stunning.
Ian McCaig = another one of my art heroes.
